This five-storied residential building was designed with a strong focus on modern aesthetics and climate-responsiveness. The front elevation features a striking combination of clean architectural lines and terracotta cladding—bringing together contemporary design with timeless materiality.

Terracotta was chosen not just for its earthy charm, but also for its natural insulating properties, making the façade both beautiful and functional in the regional climate. Vertical and horizontal elements were thoughtfully balanced to give the building a bold yet harmonious street presence. This elevation serves as a perfect example of how modern design principles can be seamlessly blended with traditional materials for long-lasting impact.
